Neurodivergent Student Network (AEST)
The Neurodivergent Student Network (NSN), designed for neurodivergent students, is a great opportunity to connect with other like-minded students and create a sense of belonging. You can also ask quick questions regarding your studies now that you have settled into the first couple of weeks of classes. This will be a weekly session running up to and including Break Week (7). It will have content aimed at supporting neurodiverse students as they navigate tertiary studies. After some focused materials, there will be time for general questions about navigating online spaces, procedures, study and assessment hints and tips. It will not assist with specific unit content or assessments. These types of questions should be directed to your educators.
It is an open forum style where everyone will hear the Q & A, not a private Zoom meeting, hosted by Tricia from the Learning Hub.
These sessions run in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/Sydney & Melbourne time). Please adjust for your own time zone.
Registration is preferred each week so the slides can be emailed to attendees after the session. So please make sure you register each week.
