Practical Legal Problem

Law units commonly provide fictional scenarios or fictional cases for students to analyse. Students must then apply law studied in units in order to determine the possible outcomes of the case.

A commonly used method of analysis is known as the IRAC or ILAC method.  It provides students with a systematic method for working through the problem.
